Return Process

  Ensure all cosmetics are unused and in their original packaging with all seals intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return package.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
